Terms of use

TravelCharika tells you when to go and where to book. It sells nothing: every booking you make is with another site, under that site's terms. These are the terms for using TravelCharika's website, its app and its data.

Who we are

TravelCharika is run by PrimeKamp LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Write to [email protected]. By using the website or the app you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use them.

What TravelCharika is, and is not

• Information, not advice. The months, scores and verdicts come from measured history: ten years of climate, public holidays, page views and the fares our scanner has seen. They describe what usually happens. They are not a forecast or a promise about your trip, and the weather, crowds and prices you meet may differ.
• Fares are what we saw, not quotes. A fare on a page is one our scanner found on the date shown. The price is whatever the airline or booking site shows when you book.
• We sell nothing. We are not a travel agent, a tour operator or the organiser of a package. We take no payment, make no booking and pass none of your details to anyone. When you follow a link, the contract, the price, the refund rules and the customer service are the other site's.
• Words marked as written. A few lines on some pages were written by a model rather than measured; they say so, and they are never the source of a number or a reason to rule a month out.

Links, and who pays

Booking links go to sites people in your country already use. Links marked Ad pay us a commission if you book, at no extra cost to you; most links pay nothing, and what a site pays never decides whether it is listed or where. How we rank says how places and sites are chosen and ordered. Other sites and apps we link to, including maps and ride apps, are not ours, and we are not responsible for what they say, sell or do.

Travel advice, entry rules, health and safety

Travel advice is shown in each government's own words, with its date and a link to it; check the latest advice, entry rules and health guidance with official sources before you travel. Emergency numbers are copied from official pages and show where they came from and when they were checked. TravelCharika is not an emergency service: we cannot call for help or send anyone, and a number can change. If one does not work, ask someone local or your hotel.

Using the site, the app and the data

• Use them for your own travel planning. Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it in a way that loads it heavily, or get round the limits on the files and the server for AI assistants (https://travelcharika.com/mcp).
• The app is also used under Google Play's terms.
• Where a page or a file says its content is under an open licence (the warming data is under CC BY 4.0), you may reuse it on that licence's terms. Photographs, maps and data from others stay under their own licences and are credited where they are shown.

No warranty

We work to keep everything accurate and current, and we say where each figure comes from. Even so, the website, the app and their data are provided as they are, without any warranty that they are complete, current, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, PrimeKamp LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the information here, from a booking, trip or service with another business, or from another site or app we link to, and our total liability to you for anything to do with TravelCharika is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and of the United States. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections the law where you live gives you, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes and the date below moves. Using TravelCharika after a change means you accept the new terms.
